In La Souste (Susten), in Valais, the first module of the overall project will take shape. This is not an isolated project, but the first step of a broader concept: Sarbox
The Susten module will bring together, on the ground floor, modular halls intended for companies and private individuals, while the upper floor will host modern and elegant spaces, each consisting of a bedroom and a private bathroom, organised around a kitchen and a welcoming shared common area.
Modular halls, storage areas and workshops on the ground floor, adapted to a wide range of professional and artisanal activities.
Units equipped with a private bathroom, integrated into an overall concept including functional kitchens and shared living and common areas, designed for flexible and contemporary use.
A project under development, integrating a modern architectural design and current energy standards.
